Non-exclusive

This license is non-exclusive. The same or similar tracks may be licensed to other buyers. If you need exclusive use of a specific track, please contact us separately.

AI-generated

All CueTone tracks are original instrumentals generated with AI music tools and contain no third-party recordings, so under normal use you won't face third-party copyright claims or YouTube Content ID blocks. Whether purely AI-generated works qualify for copyright registration varies by jurisdiction; this license contractually guarantees your right to use the tracks regardless of how copyright is attributed.

Refunds

As digital downloads, refunds may be limited once a download has begun. Every track offers a free 30-second preview, so please check before purchasing.

Warranty & liability

All tracks are provided 'as is' without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid for the purchase in question.
